Dango likes to eat things. Things like apples and oranges and orangutans and buildings and even the occasional hockey team. Sometimes funny, sometimes disturbing, always cute, the Dango wishes to share his adventures with you. Join him on his quest for love and friendship through mastication. Just remember to keep all extremities away from him. After all, no one is safe from the Dango. Except maybe bears.

Thank you, everyone, for the votes and the support! This has been a great month even if it has been stressful. PTimony and BTimony, you guys were awesome all month. Albatross, mpd57, SamLittle, Argent, RKB, Lovelydark, Roscoe,you guys always made me smile. ^_^ I think we had the most fun thread on Zuda. ^_~

Well Dango, it was a crazy ride! But I agree - having an unstoppable juggernaut at #1 did serve to unite the rest of us. I hope we see more of the spunky little blob in the near future.
@suttercain: Thanks. ^_^ I do think that a daily would have been awesome for the site. This was a great competition if only for the caliber of the other writers and artists themselves. We all had a common enemy so I think it kind of made everyone that much more friendly toward one another.

Dang Dango, if there was anyone I hated competing against, it was you. With all due respect to all the other entries, I thought this would have been the best fit for a web comic and I was rooting for it to come in first place. But, I'm sure we'll see Dango somewhere soon. Maybe in the "Cloverfield" sequel? Best wishes to you, Amber.

@Dante Lake: I did nae... :D Danial was disappointed with the cornflakes, but I enjoyed them. :D He's just used to the fried icecream here, but I'd rather have icecream with chocolate syrup than honey on it any day.

I don't just love the dango, I voted for the dango! It's rare that a humor comic get's my vote, it's rare if it get's above 3 stars from me, but whatever it is (original/cute/quirky/distrubing/ -all of the above) I love this comic. Best of luck on the upset win Amber.

Back from the con tonight and fairly tired. ^^ Not that the con didn't end 10 hours ago, but there's still eating and driving and recouperating time that needs to be taken. Plus I bought a bunch of 1/2 price trades which begged to be read. I will have some more dango pics up tomorrow! For now, I think I'll sleep. -_-

As much as I like thiis one [which is alot] I just think going forward this strip will grow dull w/o additional characters and motivations. The cuteness and fun works, I'm just not sure for how long. Regardless, it made me laugh and thats a task since I hate mostly everything in general.

@metsuke: Dango has a combination of both. There are certain storylines that have already been created, but there are one-shots interspersed in between them. There are also some fun story-arcs planned for dango in the future and recurring characters that have yet to be introduced. Thanks for the question. :)

Today's adventure, great stuff. I rarely like humor in my media but this is the kind I like. Love the Dango. 4/5 stars and a fav, but alas my vote lies elswhere. Keep the Dango going though no matter what. The world would be a lesser place without the Dango now that I have met him, or her.
