Who is the man called only "E"? He can’t tell you, because he doesn’t know either. What he does know is that he’s tired of being harassed by the little green guys that show up at his door every morning to watch him fight their pets. All that’s about to change, when 2 strangely familiar characters show up to help him in his time of need. But have they really come to help him? Or are they just as confused as he is?

When I started this years and years ago, I never considered it as a web comic, but the ZUDA opportunity presented itself, so I gave it a shot. The stuff at AA is how it was originally intended, in regular comic format.
I'm currently working on some other projects with real writers (one for Big Bang (hopefully out this year, another a pitch for whoever will take it). I'll continue to do the E stuff when I get breaks from the other work, but like I said, it's more of a personal project where I can create my own stinkin' world and do what I want with it! Thanks for the comments Chris--and I do agree, the writing and pacing are uneven. I'm not sure when I'll get back to this story full-bore, but I appreciate your input, and I think you're right on all counts. It's more for fun than anything, but I will still be working on sharpening up the storytelling when I get back to writing subsequent chapters. There's more uneven "E" goodness at Amalgamated Artists if you'd like to see more. In any event, thanks for taking the time to check in!
I love the Michael T.Gilbert influence. A lot of Euro influences also... and some old Marvel. Like Kirby and John Buscema.... maybe a little Wally Wood. A touch of WW.
The story wants to be something. It's comedic. I got that. But i'ts pace is off and you need to retool what you're wanting to say with the short.
I think you should do another one. And let someone else take a stab at writing your character until that your writer-side equals that artistic-side.
I'm REALLY vibe-ing with that art. And i think that with someone else at the helm as a writer, you can really do some stuff you couldn't do yet with the multitasking.
YOu should think about that a bit.
Once you've done enough of others scripts, you'll get the pentameter of the rhythm of the story, the building of the story and it's punchline. You can see your mistakes, and enough of other people's mistakes.
I can't wait to see another piece, though.

It was nicely drawn and true to the characters it seems but a little confusing when based on these eight pages sorry to say. Still I would love to see the rest because it seems like an adventure worth reading! :)

I'm kind of new to Zuda and like many of the titles here I found "E" pretty dang intriguing. Glad to see it is apparently being continued elsewhere, I will search it out. The art is fantastic on this and the story, while a bit confusing, definitely stands out as different.

This is F%#$@& awesome. I'm a little cloudy on what's going on, but the art is candy. Do you letter yourself? It's the whole package. Comics were better when they looked like this. I don't want to sound like an old fart, but this is far better looking than the lions' share of published material today. It reminds me of Nexus with a little rougher look. The art is more than enough to keep me interested even though the story seems a bit esoteric.
